1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the tendpaw.vn website (the "Website"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of the Terms, please stop using the Website.

These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Tendpaw ("we", "us").

2. Eligibility

The Website is designed for users aged sixteen (16) and over. If you are under this age, please use the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes and in compliance with Vietnamese law and these Terms.

3. Use of the Website

The Website is informational material about the Tendpaw mobile app. You may: (i) access and read Website content for personal use; (ii) share links to public pages of the Website.

You may not: (i) copy, reproduce, or redistribute Website content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent; (ii) use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to collect Website content beyond normal search-engine activity; (iii) interfere with the operation, security, or technical infrastructure of the Website; (iv) use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

4. Intellectual property

The "Tendpaw" brand name, the logo, images, text, source code, design, and all other content on the Website are owned by Tendpaw or its licensors, and are protected under Vietnamese intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any use of these assets for promotional, commercial, or redistributive purposes requires our prior written consent.

5. AI and veterinary disclaimer

Tendpaw provides AI-assisted pet health risk screening. The screening result is a preliminary assessment — NOT a veterinary diagnosis, not a prescription, and not a substitute for direct examination by a qualified veterinarian.

All decisions regarding the care, treatment, or medical intervention of a pet must be based on the advice of a qualified veterinarian. Tendpaw is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of AI screening results without professional consultation.

In a pet health emergency, take your pet to the nearest veterinary clinic immediately.

6. No warranties

The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties as to: (i) the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Website; (ii) the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the content; (iii) the Website's fitness for any particular purpose; (iv) the Website being free of errors, malware, or security vulnerabilities.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Tendpaw, its directors, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including without limitation loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website.

This limitation does not exclude or restrict any liability that, under Vietnamese law, cannot be excluded or restricted by agreement.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a competent court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with use of the Website shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the parties are unable to reach agreement, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always published at tendpaw.vn/en/terms with the update date at the top of the page.

For material changes, we will publish a prominent notice on the Website before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Website after the Terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
